Our site manager will be on site on a daily basis to ensure that workmen arrive and depart on time and that works are completed to the highest standard.
Our site manager can hold a key to your property so that you don’t have to be present whilst any building works are carried out.
All our works are pre-scheduled in an orderly fashion so that you don’t have to worry about which works need to be done at what time. This helps minimise costs and disturbance to your day-to-day routine.
Our interior designer is on hand to ensure that all works are carried out as per interior design plans and specifications and to discuss any design issues with you during the implementation stage of the process.
We take every precaution to ensure that your property is kept as clean and tidy as possible during works. Dust sheets will be placed wherever works are carried out; floors and walkways will be protected; doors to other rooms can be sealed. Our workmen will vacuum all affected areas at the end of each day to ensure that your house still feels like a home in the evenings.
We guarantee all our labour works after completion of the project. Indeed, if you are unhappy with any aspect of works at any stage, we encourage you to discuss this with us promptly so that we can resolve any issues immediately. All materials are supplied with manufacturers’ guarantees.
